Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.356/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence made in the Judgment dated 31.05.2018 in Spl.C.C.No.32 of 2016 by the Learned Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal, CRL A.356/2018 [IN CRL.MP.NO.8471 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.356/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.N.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. HARI HARA ARUN SOMA SANKAR.G, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)DATED 29/06/2018 MR. R.SURYA PRAKASH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) DATED-17/07/2018] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Considering the fact that there are arguable points in the revision and taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and this Court is inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/accused.
2. The sentence of the imprisonment imposed on the petitioner shall stand suspended and she shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal and after his release, [*] petitioner is directed deposit for a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of Spl.C.C.No.32 of 2016 on the file of the learned Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal on or before 27.07.2018 from the date of his release and further, he shall report before the learned Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Court, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.
