PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to issue a Writ or Order or direction or Writ in the nature of the Writ of HABEAS CORPUS PETITION or any other appropriate writ order or direction to produce the body of the detenue namely (Selvi Maya Oli) (A-5) female aged about 29 years C/o Janakiraman) before this Court and set her liberty forthwith, by calling for the records pertaining to the detention order passed on No.655/BCDFGISSSV/2024 dated 10.06.2024 passed by the 2nd Respondent, quash the same and pass such further or other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
