ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to register a case and investigate the same on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 05.04.2025.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 would submit that the complaint relates to the change of patta of the year 2016-2017. It is the claim of the petitioner that he is the owner of the property and patta was wrongfully changed in the name of another private party and in the process, allegations are also made against the officials. To prima facie verify the correctness or otherwise of the facts, the complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department for their comments. Only after receipt of their comments, the respondents will take a call whether any misconduct, on the part of the officials, is there and thereafter, a decision will be taken on the complaint.

3. Recording the same and directing the revenue authorities to expedite the enquiry and submit the report to the respondents, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 26.06.2025 : yes/no grs To
