2. It is seen that the appeal is filed against the acquittal, which was under Section 256 of Cr.P.C.

3. Even though notice served, none appeared on behalf of the respondent.

4. Therefore, the delay of 708 days in filing the appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.35909 of 2021 is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the Crl.A.SR.No.35909 of 2021, if it is otherwise in order.
