ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, seeking direction to the second respondent to issue a non traceable certificate to the petitioner relating to the missing of the original sale deed dated 25.04.1930 registered as Doc.No.748/1930 at the SRO, Sembiam on the petitioner's application / complaint dated 29.08.2024 within stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that the enquiry/procedures on the petitioner's representation is under progress and he seeks time to complete the procedures and disposal of the petitioner's petition.

4. In view of the above submission, the respondent-Police is directed to expedite the procedures and also consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2024 and pass orders in accordance with law within a reasonable time.
