ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the Crime No.1646 of 2020 and to file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhurantakam on 28.12.2020 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhurantakam to act upon the final report filed by the respondent Police within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
