ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed, to direct the respondents to include the petitioners' name in the panels of the year 2005 and 2006 in accordance with their respective seniority, for promotion to the post of Co-operative Audit Officers and to promote them retrospectively with effect from the date on which their immediate juniors were promoted with all monetary and other consequential service benefits including arrears of pay.
2. Mr.R.Prem Narayan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
