This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2, to provide adequate police protection for erecting fence around the petitioner's house.
2. Heard, Mr.V.J.Arul Raj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.
3. It is seen that the first petitioner and the third respondent are neighbours and there appears to be a land dispute between them. In such view of the matter, this Court has no jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to issue direction as prayed for, by the petitioner. However, the second respondent police shall ensure that there is no law and order problem in their area.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Revision petition is closed, with liberty to both the parties, to approach the Civil Court.
