ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 14.05.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.12192 of 2026, directing that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 12192 of 2026, vide order dated 14.05.2026, directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m. until further orders, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
