This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 3892 days in filing the above CMA.SR.No.93875 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that due to their poverty condition and livelihood difficulties they are not able to approach the counsel frequently, due to which there was delay

3. The learned counsel for the respondent raised objections in allowing this petition.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable, the interest for the default period is ordered to be waived. Therefore, the delay in filling CMA.SR.No.93875 of 2024 is condoned.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
