This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 133 days in filing the revision against the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.12 of 2018 on the file of the Prinicipal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, confirming the conviction and sentence passed by Judicial Magitrate I, Krishnagiri in S.T.C.No.2585 of 2013 dated 02.09.2013.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to poor economical status and pandemic, the petitioner was unable to file the revision within the prescribed period of limitation.

3. Notice was served on the respondent and the name of the respondent was also printed in the list. There is no representation for the respondent.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Advocate Welfare Fund, Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry within the period of one week. 10.12.2021 shk/vri Crl.M.P.No.11335 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.10413 of 2021 2/2
