This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the warrant of arrest dated 19.05.2016 pending against the 3rd respondent in C.C.No.129 of 2012 on the file of J.M.VI Salem.
2. Heard both sides.
3. It is averred in the petition that though NBW was issued on 19.05.2016 as against the 3rd respondent, the 2nd respondent has not executed the same for the past five months and therefore, the petitioner seeks a direction from this Court.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that he would instruct the Police accordingly.
5. Considering the fact that the NBW is pending from 19.05.2016, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to execute the NBW if pending, without any further delay. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
