By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the Power of Attorney viz., K.G.Lakshminarayanan, by exceeding the registered Power of Attorney dated 21.06.2002, bearing Document No.812 of 2002, registered on the file of the SubRegistrar Office, Saidapet, had conveyed very many items of the properties to the other persons and in this regard, has also lodged a complaint and based on which, a case has been registered in Crime No.2480 of 2011 on the file of the Saidapet Police Station for the commission of offences under Sections 109, 409, 420 r/w34 IPC and also approached the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent in the form of representation dated 08.10.2015, praying for appropriate action with a copy marked to the first respondent and the first respondent, vide letter No.46553/U2/2015, dated 30.11.2015, has directed the second respondent to take appropriate action and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Mohamed Hasain, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. Though the petitioner prayed for the larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to act on the communication of the first respondent dated 30.11.2015 in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
