This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 28.02.2023 in M.C.No.82 of 2018 on the file of the VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. 2.Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent though filed a detailed counter, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
