This application has been filed to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the appeal under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The learned counsel for the first respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application. The second respondent has also been duly served in this application. The name of the second respondent is also printed in the cause list today.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the appeal under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Registry is directed to number the OP if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
