ORDER

By Order dated 01.07.2025, this Court directed the Executing Court to dispose of E.A.No.4 of 2005 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. Learned Subordinate Judge, Panruti has communicated to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, seeking for extension of time to dispose of E.A.No.4 of 2005. The learned Sub Judge has stated that though arguments were advanced after evidence was adduced by the parties, notice of hearing was necessitated to the respondents 5 to 7 and therefore, it is now posted for counter and disposal on the side of the respondents 5 to 7. Hence, the learned Sub Judge has requested for extension of time by three more months by request letter dated 16.10.2025.

3. In the light of the above, I am inclined to grant time to the learned Subordinate Judge, Panruti to dispose of E.A.No.4 of 2025 in EP No.33 of 2/4

1985 in O.S.No.30 of 1983 on or before 31.01.2026.

4. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. no costs.
