Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of New S.No.89/4 Hec.0.26.00 or Ac.0.64 in Thirumanikuzhi Village, Cuddalore Taluk, Cuddalore District. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of New S.No.89/4 Hec.0.26.00 or Ac.0.64 in Thirumanikuzhi Village, Cuddalore Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2. The relevant portion of the order of this Court in W.P.No.25920 of 2012 reads as follows :- "In the light of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and also taking into consideration of the peaceful possession of the land by the petitioner and his predecessors, the respondents 1 to 3 are hereby directed to arrange for measuring https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the properties bearing Old S.Nos.351/4A and 351/4E equal to new S.Nos.89/2 and 89/4 in Thirumanikuzhi Village, Cuddalore Taluk, Cuddalore District and also to effect separate sub-divisions for the properties of petitioner and respondents 4 and 5, after hearing the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 and others, if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall make a representation in this regard enclosing a copy of this order, to the respondents 1 to 3 to do the needful."

3. In view of the above observation, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.04.2016, after giving due notice to the 5th respondent and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law.
