Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.PATTABHI AND K. JAMUNA, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.ELIZABETH RAVI Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that the conditional order passed by this Court on 25.10.2018, has not been complied with by the petitioner, in which event, the interim order granted by this Court on 31.07.2018, stood vacated automatically as per the order of the learned Judge dated 25.10.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would also submit that in view of the pendency of the criminal miscellaneous petition, in which the above order was passed, the subordinate court has not proceeded with the matter.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also could not give proper explanation as to why the order could not be complied with. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, It is made clear that since the interim order granted by this Court on 31.07.2018, had already been vacated on 31.10.2018, it is open to the subordinate court to proceed with the case.
