ORDER

The petitioner is a senior citizen and requires the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed under Section 16 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, pending since 31.01.2023.

2.Mr.A.Anandan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The first respondent is now directed to dispose of the said appeal within a period of 12 weeks from now, after hearing all those who are likely to be affected by his decision.
