Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.SENTHAMIZH SELVAN, FOR M/S.N.ALAMELU MANGAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.PATHABHI, Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to withdraw the arrears amount deposited by the Revision Petitioner-husband.

2. Pursuant to the earlier order in Crl.M.P.No.2497 of 2018, dated 22.02.2018 passed by this Court, Rs.2,00,000/- has been deposited before the trial Court and the respondent-wife is permitted to withdraw the amount and same will be subject to result of the Criminal Revision and with regard to the balance amount, the respondent-wife submitted that balance of Rs.3,00,000/- has to be deposited.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to post the main revision after three weeks.
