Respondents Prayer: This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from in any way interfering with the petitioner rights to continue quarry operations and Transport Granite from the patta lands situated in Survey No.372/5A1 and 372/6 over an extent of 1.11 acres in Chendarapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District till the disposal of the renewal application dated 02.07.2004.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to forbear the respondents from in any way interfering with the petitioner rights to continue quarry operations and Transport Granite from the patta lands situated in Survey No.372/5A1 and 372/6 over an extent of 1.11 acres in Chendarapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District till the disposal of the renewal application dated 02.07.2004.

2. This writ petition is filed in the year 2004. Since the matter is pending for more than 14 years, the petitioner may got the relief as prayed for. Hence, there is nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
