Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the III Additional District Judge, Salem daily at 10.30.a.m till compltion of trial in Crl.O.P.No.748 of 2020 dated 23/01/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.VASUDEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to appear before the Learned III Additional District Judge, Salem daily at 10.30 a.m. till completion of trial.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.748 of 2020 dated 23.01.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.748 of 2020 dated 23.01.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the Learned III Additional District Judge, Salem every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
