The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1)(b), 4(1)(g) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 in Crime No. 80 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 15.02.2022, the petitioner along with other accused were found in possession of 250 litres of illicit liquor and 1500 litres of fermented wash. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner and the earlier petitions in Crl.O.P.Nos.5724 & 11920 of 2022 were dismissed as withdrawn and dismissed by this Court respectively. He would further submit that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner.

Anu Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the fact that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner, there is no change of circumstances to consider the third anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
