VELMURUGAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.11232 of 2021 IN CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.1205 of 2020 V.NAYANAR [ PETITIONER ] Vs M.NEELAMEGAM [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Revision Case No.1205 of 2020 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by this Hon`ble Court by an order dated 18.12.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.8360 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.1205 of 2020 enabling the petitioner to comply the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.1,75,000/- to the credit of S.T.C.No.254 of 2018 before the Special Court for Land Grabbing/Special Judicial Magistrate, Salem.
