These civil miscellaneous petitions are filed to implead the petitioners in C.M.P.Nos.16241, 16445, 16779, 16781 & 17358 of 2023 in W.A.No.2688 of 2022 and C.M.P.Nos.16508 and 16537 of 2023 in W.A.No.2685 of 2022 as party respondents in the respective writ appeals.

There is no objection on the side of the respondents in ordering these petitions.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
