3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available in the record.

On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and finding the reason assigned by the petitioners to be justifiable one, the interest for the default period is ordered to be waived. Therefore, the delay in filling CMA.SR.No.91787 of 2025 is condoned.
