(CRIME NO. 469 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax condition in Para No. 6(d) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further order by order of this Hon'ble Court on 25.08.2021 in Crl. O.P. No. 15074 of 2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.CHINNARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 25.08.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 25.08.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
