(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 3(1), 4(2)(b), 5(1) (a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and 366 (A) of I.P.C. in Crime No.2 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Ms.S.P.Arthi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.
