ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.21,27,332/- to the petitioner in terms of the report made in report No.MDS.INS/14831/ 08AA dated 23.03.2009 communicated to him by the respondent.

2.When the matter is listed today the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the matter has become Infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect: "In view of the order made by consumer forum the WP has become Infructuous."
