Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner and permit that petitioner to furnish any other sureties instead of Blood surety and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.CHANDRA SEKAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.MUTHUVEL Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposing on the petitioner and permit that petitioner to furnish any other sureties instead of blood surety.

2. Mr.N.Muthuvel, Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner already executed sureties to the satisfaction of the respondent Police.
