PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to relax the Anticipatory Bail condition that the petitioners should appear and sign daily at 10.30 a.m., before the respondent police until further orders in the above Crl.O.P.No.15762 of 2020 on 06.10.2020 in the above Cr.No.1052/2020 on the file of respondent.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15762 of 2020, dated 06.10.2020 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15762 of 2020, dated 06.10.2020 regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15762 of 2020, dated 06.10.2020, is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
