ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to dispose of petitioner appeal filed under Section (19) of the Right to Information Act 2005 dated 05.01.2024, within a stipulated time period fixed by this Honourable court and further direct the second respondent to disclose the information sought in the application dated 12.10.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal dated 05.01.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
