This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents Police to issue a ''non-traceable certificate'' based on the man missing FIR registered by the third respondent in Crime No.1472 of 2013.

2. Heard Mr.S.A.Rajkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents.
