O R D E R

Pursuant to the order passed in W.P.No.4271 of 2023 dated 21.02.2023, the Government has considered the petitioner's representation and passed orders in G.O.(2D).No.122, Environment Climate Change and Forests (FR.2(ii) Department, dated 30.05.2023. A copy of the above G.O, which is produced before this Court, evidences that the above said Government Order has been served on the petitioner only on 12.07.2023 that is after filing of this Contempt Petition.

2. In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
