ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents made a statement that, as per the report he has received from the Tahsildar, Pochampalli dated 26.11.2020, there has been no obstruction to the petitioner from anybody. The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded and a copy of the proceedings is directed to be circulated to the petitioner's counsel.

2.Now, if there is any specific obstruction from any quarters to the petitioner using the path, it will give rise to an action under the civil law and the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil court for proper remedy, those who violates his civil right.
