Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection for fencing my house site measuring 2392 sq.ft., (5 1⁄2 cents) bearing R.S.No.584/1A1 and 1B1 corresponding to new T.S.No.H/3-63/3 and H/3-62/2, Mount Pleasant Road, Ootacamund, The Nilgiris, by taking action on his complaint dated 16.08.2016 in the light of the decision reported in 2014 (2) CTC 695.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner in fencing his property based on the complaint dated 16.08.2016 given by him.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the absolute owner of the property in question and when he wanted to fence his house, some intruders are preventing from putting up the fence. In this regard, the petitioner has given a complaint dated 16.08.2016 by post to the respondents.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a complaint to the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and on such complaint being given, the second respondent is directed to call all concerned parties and enquire the same and if required, give police protection to the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
