Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for having deliberately breached the affidavit of undertaking of the respondent sworn to on 19.12.2022 coupled with willfully disobeying the order of this Court dated 21.12.2022 passed in C.R.P.No.4139 of 2022.

ORDER
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/tenant made a submission that the respondent/tenant has already vacated the subject premises and handing over the key before this Court to the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2.The learned senior counsel for the petitioner acknowledged the receipt of the key of the subject premises handed over by the respondent along with his counsel before this Court.
3.Since the respondent/tenant has already vacated the premises and handed over the key, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected sub application is closed.
