This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a matrimonial dispute, it is for the parties to adjudicate the same before the appropriate Family Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the matrimonial dispute and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent Family Court.
