TEEKAA RAMAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.8516 of 2018 IN CRL RC.736/2018 N.SENTHILVEL [ PETITIONER ] Vs 1 A.TAMILSELVI, [ RESPONDENTS ] 2 S.DEVAPRIYA Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Revision Case No.736/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceeding of the order of maintenance passed the learned Principal Judge Family Court of Coimbatore in M.C.No.41 of 2017 dated 18.04.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.Rc.NO.736/2018 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBHA Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner/husband hereby is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- per mensem pending disposal of the Criminal Revision and as such payment made on or before 8th of every succeeding month to the respondents, wife and daughter and arrears amount has to be calculated at the rate of Rs.6000/- per mensem to be paid within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Post the matter after eight weeks.
