Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the Petitioners are governed under 2012 Amended Regulation of Indian Medical Council (Minimum Standards of Education in Indian Medicine) Regulation 1989 as the Petitioners joined in B.A.M.S Course in the 4th respondent college in the academic year 2016-2017 i.e., before the commencement of 2016 Regulation and consequently direct respondents 3 and 4 to permit the Petitioners to appear for the ensuing 2nd year arrear examinations in Dravayaguna Vijnan I and II and Rasashastra Evam I and II forthwith and declare the results of the Petitioners.
