This application is filed seeking to implead the fourth respondent herein, namely, The Retail Divisional Officer, Madurai Retail Divisional Office, Indian Oil Corporation Limited as 2nd Garnishee/4th respondent in A.No.4457 of 2019.

3.Upon hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
