ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction for speedy disposal of the pending suit in O.S.No.999 of 2023 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. The plaintiff has stated that he is aged 76 years and has approached the Court for recovery of possession of his valuable property. It is seen that the suit was filed in the year 2023, and even the pleadings have not been completed as on date.

4. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent/defendant is dispensed with. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of the suit. The pleadings shall be completed on or before 31.07.2025, and the suit shall thereafter be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law on or before 28.11.2025.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
