2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants that the petitioners had complied with the order passed by this Court vide order dated 17.08.2023 and have also filed the memo to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the memo is recorded and the miscellaneous petition is ordered, thereby, the delay of 124 days in representing the second appeal is condoned.

4. Mrs.S.Maharani, learned counsel for the caveator would submit that her name may be printed in the cause list when the second appeal is listed for admission.
