Petitioners have filed the present petition seeking transfer of MCOP No.285 of 2012 from the file of learned District Judge, Erode, to the file of learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri.

2.Heard learned counsel for petitioners. Learned counsel for respondents 3 to 6 informs that he has no objection to transfer the petition.

3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners has filed M.C.O.P.No.285 of 2012 on the file of District Court, Erode and the respondents 3 to 6 have filed M.C.O.P.No.255 of 2012 on the file of Principal District Court, Dharmapuri. Submitting that it would be desirable to have both the matters tried together, learned counsel prays for transfer of M.C.O.P.No.285 of 2012 pending on the file of District Court, Erode to the file of Principal District Court, Dharmapuri.

4. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs transfer of M.C.O.P.No.No.285 of 2012 from the file of District Court, Erode to the file of Principal District court, Dharmapuri to be tried along with M.C.O.P.No.255 of 2012. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, accordingly, is ordered. No costs.
