ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that (b) the petitioner shall report before the learned District and Session Judge, Thirupathur, daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6239 of 2026 dated 11.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6239 of 2026 dated 11.03.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirupathur daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirupathur every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
