JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The Writ Appeal is filed against the order in WP No.115 of 2020 dated 28.01.2020 of the learned Single Judge.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants submit that pursuant to the directions issued by the Writ Court in WP No.115 of 2020 dated 28.01.2020, the second applellant has passed an order, intimating to the first respondent/writ petitioner that there is no vacancy available at the time of publishing the waiting list. He further submits that the same has been communicated to the first respondent herein 2/4
and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present appeal.
3. Learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the said communication has been received by the first respondent.
4. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ appeal. Consequently, the writ appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. If aggrieved by the decision taken by the authority concerned, it is for the first respondent/writ petitioner to work out his remedy, in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP No.798 of 2021 is closed.
