When the matter was taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in compliance of the conditional order passed by this Court on 07.08.2024, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.8 lakhs before the Court concerned, by way of Demand Drafts, dated 17.08.2024 and 06.09.2024 respectively and in this regard, he had filed separate Memorandum to that effect. He has also brought to the notice of this Court that the proceedings before the Court below stands adjourned to 06.11.2024.

2. Despite the facts that notice had been served on the respondent and her name having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondent.

3. The interim order already granted by this Court on 07.08.2024 is made absolute.

4. Accordingly, the miscellaneous petition stands ordered.
