This petition has been filed to transpose the petitioner/respondent to file grounds of Appeal against the order of acquittal in STC No.94 of 2016 on the file of District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal by Judgment dated 16.06.2017 and accept by the same herein as the Appellant in Crl.R.C.No.683 of 2019.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
