O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the 1st respondent in S.T.C.No.894 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ootacamund, the Nilgiris.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the Non Bailable Warrant was issued on 05.10.2017, till date, it has not been executed by the respondent Police and hence prays for appropriate orders.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the Non Bailable Warrant will be executed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a web copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
