This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the orders passed by the second respondent dated 02.12.2020 and 08.12.2020, thereby directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.8,26,732/- within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of the notice.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that the impugned notice has already been challenged before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
